We live in Waverly Pointe where many house roofs have the same problem we had. Black streaks!! Ugly and and an eye sore when pulling up to the house. Dean did a great job today in less that 2 hours getting rid of those streaks. Seeing is believing. I now scheduled a siding cleaning with Dean as we are so pleased.

Dean rebuilt our deck and added stairs. He did a 5 star job at a good price. He kept us updated all along the way and made great recommendations on style and color. He kept the work neat every day so we could still entertain. I will hire Dean for all our improvements and so should you.

Dean is our handyman at our sororiety at NCSU ! He does everything to our house that needs repairing.

Sunderland Home Improvement installed new sinks, installed new light fixtures, fixed leaks in the shower, and patched up holes in my walls caused by a faulty window covering installation.
